PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE TERMS

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

I'm a small business owner, this is my sole income. This means that bookings are essential, and cancellations affect us significantly.

PHOTOSHOOTS:

For all portrait sessions, a non-refundable session cost is required to book and hold the date for your session.

Once agreed upon a session date, you may reschedule your session up to 7 days prior to your shoot if required.

TECHNICAL ERRORS:

Failure to Deliver; Photographer shall not be held liable for delays or delivery of such Work Product, or any Work Product undeliverable, due to technological malfunctions, service interruptions that are beyond the control of Photographer including as a result of delays or an undeliverable gallery. 

RESCHEDULE DUE TO WEATHER OR SICKNESS:

I understand that children can be unpredictable and fall ill at any time. The weather can also be very unpredictable. In the event of sickness prior to the session, the Client agrees to make every possible effort to inform Libby Latif Photography no later than 2 hours prior to the start time of the photography session. In the event of rain, Libby Latif Photography will postpone the session no later than 2 hours prior to the start time of the photography session. The only time a session will be postponed due to weather is if it is raining. The session can be transferred to a new date which will be at the convenience of both parties within a maximum 2 month period. Libby Latif Photography reserves the right to re-schedule outside of this time limit due to any existing commitments. If the Client fails to reschedule within the 2 month time period, Libby Latif Photography has the right to cancel the booking with all payments made non-refundable. In the event of the child falling ill during the session,Libby Latif Photography reserves the right to postpone the photo shoot and re-schedule at the convenience of both parties. In the event of this happening the Client agrees to incur the additional travel expenses.
